8 Phases of Fast Track's Project Methodology

  • The kick off meeting is to identify and agree on the project scope and objectives. Client will sign off approval of project approach, plan and deliverables.

  • Installation of SAP Business One and MS SQL
  • Knowledge Transfer of SAP Business One Basic System Administrative Procedures

What to expect?

  • Installation of SAP Business One software and Database
  • Knowledge transfer on SAP Business One Basic System Administrative Procedures
  • Standard Installation Guide for workstations

  • The Business Process Mapping is done via Analysis; Proposal / Advice; Gap-Fit Analysis
  • Workshop and interview activity will be held.
  • Making decisions on how each application is best configured to meet Client functional requirements.
  • To identify interface with other programs.
  • SBD must be acknowledged before System Initiation (next phase) commences.
  • Project Status Meeting is required in finalizing SBD and other arising issues.

What to expect?

  • SAP Business One Design Workshop
  • System Blueprint Document
  • Revised Project Plan (where appropriate)

  • Configure the system in accordance to signed SBD
  • Write management reports
  • Work out the data migration interface plan

  • Additional copy of configured database – training & test

  • To introduce and train users on the system, scope and functionality.
  • Deliver training in the configured database.
  • Training Evaluation Form – for users to assess the success of the training, and hand-holding during go-live period.

What to expect?

  • SAP Business One training sessions for all identified modules such as Financial, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.

  • Initial planning activity will have been undertaken in Business Mapping phase.
  • Fast Track to assist in execution of cut-off activities – hand-holding for key-in opening balances

  • Assistance during the process.
